What is the earliest we can start planning?

12 months in advance is usually the typical time booking window. However, there are always exceptions to these rules though (i.e. Sandals Resorts) , so, I like to say you are never too early to start to plan.
It is best to contact me as soon as you decide you would like to take a trip. This way I have you on my list to start planning as soon as the booking window opens.

What is the latest we can start planning?

In order for you to get the best service, selection, and offers 60 days is best.

There are exceptions to this rule but even at 60 days your expectations will need to be managed as prices tend to be higher and availability decreases the closer we get to your departure day. So if you are trying to plan for a popular destination during a high travel time (i.e. Disney World during spring break, Disney Cruise Line during the summer, or Anywhere during the week after Christmas) you will want to be planning 6 months to a year in advance.

Can you book Airbnb or other rental houses?

I do not book rental properties. I choose to work with established brands that have proven their reliability. Rental properties are too unreliable. There are too many instances where the host cancels, there is construction going on outside, or the photos are 10 years old and reviews are fake.

Do we need a minimum trip total to book with you?

I do not have a minimum per say, however I do require you to book a package for Disney Parks and Universal. I can not book tickets only.

How do I contact you?

During the planning process all communication will be through email and scheduled zoom calls (audio or video however you prefer). This allows me to keep my phone line open for my traveling clients to call and to keep all your planning materials organized.

All emails are responded to within one business day, unless I am traveling then you will receive an automated response with detail.

When you are traveling you will have my cell phone number to call or text 24/7 for emergencies if needed through out your trip

How long until I receive my quote?

My typical turn around for a quote is 1-2 days depending on the complexity of the quote. I will advise you in advance if the quote will take longer.

Why should I plan with you?

Planning trips is my job it is what I do day in and day out. You should not have to waist your time researching and planning your vacation. I save you time and money.

I am a real person you have to talk to directly. One point of contact not some bot on an 800 number.

I’ve been there, done that, or I know someone or will find someone who has. I have an extensive network of travel professionals that I work with who have a plethora of knowledge, so when you sign on to work with me, you are getting all of them as well.

This may sound corny but I love talking about travel and Disney. It is what I know and what I am good at.
